Great Spirit, Almighty Healer and Creator of all things seen and unseen, it is with humbled hearts that we gather together to offer up many thanks. From the highest majestic mountain to the lowest ocean floor, we thank you. We thank you for the dolphins of the oceans that frolic above the waters. We thank you for the mighty whales as they breech the water surface, allowing us to see their magnificence. We thank you for the many mysterious beings found in the oceans, jungles and dense forests. We thank you for all two-leggeds, four-leggeds, swimmers, fliers and crawlers. We thank you for the birds that come to us during the day to send us their songs. We thank you for our totem animals that bring us your messages. We thank you for the wisdom found in the trees, winds and our trials. We thank you for the sense of peace and tranquility when we take the time to sit under the shade of the mighty oak, observing all nature within their own habitat. We thank you for the marshlands that allow life for the fliers and reptiles. We thank you for the formations of the geese, duck, swallows and other fliers during their migration periods. We thank you for the early morning dew as it drips slowly from the plants to the soil below. We thank you for the rains that come from the clouds above to areas of thirst. We thank you for the signs found in the great mystery that surrounds us. For the uniqueness of the all things you have created, we give thanks. We thank you for beauty of the waters as they cascade around the rocks as it makes its way down the mountains to the rivers and valleys below. We thank you for the beauty of each flower as it begins to bloom under the light of Grandfather Sun. We thank you for each blade of grass as it flows gently with the winds. We thank you for the sacredness of the circle that is found throughout all of your creation, from the vastness of the Universe to the very core of Mother Earth. We thank you for our Elders that continue to give us the necessary wisdom and life lessons we rely upon during our journey. We thank you for our children that remind us of innocence and lessons long forgotten. We thank you for our family and friends that continue to support us when we are in need. We thank you for those that may come into our lives for a short time, in order to bring insight when we tend to struggle through indecision. We thank you for the comfort you provide during our grieving; discipline when we tend to stray; love and understanding when we feel alone; and free will that allows us to learn from each obstacle we encounter. We thank you for our daily food and ask for its blessing. We thank you for the sacredness and blessed life you have given us. Emenv
