Greetings Beloveds. Today is SOULAR SUNDAY @ The Healing Earth Temple (189 Collum Street NW ATL GA 30314) @ 3pm. We have such a treat for you all today too! After almost three months of amazing yoga classes at both the West End Farmers and Artisans Market and @ The Healing Earth Temple (A A Temple Within) we are ready to turn it up and introduce a new approach to yoga in the community. Therefore,every Sunday we will be introducing a new guest teacher! Yup! We are bringing in beautiful souls from the community who have expressed a desire to come and share their beautiful energy and gifts with you all during Soular Sunday! :) So, for todays class our special guest is Nina Love Of Temple Aura. She will be guiding us on a Sacred Yogi Walk of Mindfulness from The Healing Earth Temple and thru the nature trails Anderson Park ATL GA. During our walk will will experience 1. An annointing with essential oils and a sage bath 2. Connect to Nature photo opportunities 3. Agnihotra Meditation: Agnihotra is a healing fire from the ancient science of Ayurveda. It is a process of purifying the atmosphere through a specially prepared fire performed at sunrise and sunset daily. 4. Breathing Exercises & Yoga On The Lawn @ Anderson Park Following this amazing exeperience, we will all walk back to the Healing Earth Temple in silence. Once we arrive at The Healing Earth Temple, we will break our silence with hugs and then everyone can injoy our affordable delicious and nutritious probiotics smoothies and vegan eats! Because we are having guest speakers every Sunday, we are asking for a $5 donation so that we can pay our guests. However, no one will be turned away. ARE YALL READY FOR THIS??!!! If so, please bring plenty of water, a towel and a bug repellant of your choice, even tho we will have plenty of essential oils and such to accomodate you all.
