Greetings! We are waiting for the shipment of grain with bated breath! So thank you for your patience. This truly is a soft reopening of the bakery, which is really what the doctor wants for me anyway. Will keep you posted, but I hope to have BREAD on Friday. Please, email me your preferences/order, and that will help me know what to bake. I probably wont have the usual big spread, but plan to fill all orders. I know my kids are wanting Italian Peasant and Spelt Milk and Honey bread! Plus some spelt chocolate chip cookies! As for today, I have a couple bags of QUINOA brownie mix and a handful of granola bags. If all goes well, there will be some cookies or other sweet treat. But instead of baking coookies, we might be unloading a ton of good stuff, so be forewarned. Sure is great to see your faces again. We LOVE our customers, who truly are our friends. Once again, thanks for your patience as we slowly get back to business.
