Greetings one and all from the National Library of Jamaica (NLJ)!!! Friday October 11, 2013 marks the 9th year since the Legal Deposit Act came into operation. As you are aware, the NLJ is the place to make deposits of your books, ebooks, CDs DVDs. To mark this milestone, we are inviting all those who have items to deposit, to make your way down to 12 East Street, Kingston on the 11th October to help build the collection of your National Library! You may do so between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. We will tell you of the arrangements for parking at a later date. In the meantime, please help us spread the word by forwarding this email to as many persons as possible in the book publishing and music/entertainment industries.
