Gregs 400th recovery was quite the adventure This is one for the record book. I (Greg) get a call from Big Bill about 7 stating that he is at ER room at the local hospital. Bill states the he and his wife(Lynn) were hunting and a doe came out into the field. Lynn shoots, the scope cuts her putting them at ER. Bill stated that he didnt know if Lynn hit the deer or not and would I take my dog out there and see if she hit /miss. Bill told me the area in the field, that the deer had been shot. I get to the place dropped Burke out, he bumped around finally hits a track goes about 100yrds and there is Lynns deer. Bill arrived just in time to help load the deer up. I drove back to his camp and helped him clean the deer. It would have been great to find a 180 buck for my 400 find (recovery) but this story, with the pictures is way better. Lynn I will be sending u an 8x10 of u, the dog and the deer. This is truly one for the record book. Thanks for memory get well soon.
