Increasingly, their failure to honor Citizens rights has driven a wedge between the people and those who view themselves as the rulers of the people. This is not a random process but rather an orchestrated one designed to separate people from their police. The vast majority of U.S. political, judicial, and bureaucratic operatives are no longer elected by the people but rather appointed. Citizens feel ignored because, well, we are ignored. All is not lost. America is the worlds top comeback kid. Among the most effective actions people can take is to participate in reestablishing community and cooperation with locally elected Sheriffs and police chiefs.
