HAPPY ENDING :) VIOLET, ADOPTED! (4 photos) So this is what SGF was up to this weekend! One of our wonderful foster Moms saw an ad about this little dachshund puppy that no one wanted. She looked different, but thats what made us fall in love instantly! We knew she was special and we had to save her. Hayley Williamson Karl immediately made contact to get this girl. Well, that was the end of the story. As soon as this little angel stepped foot into her home, the whole family, dogs included, fell in love. And that was the end of that foster story. Now she is loved more than anything in her new home. She is a special case. We arent sure if she has an extra chromosome, has dwarfism, is a conjoined twin...but Ohio State may be taking her on as a special case to examine her and see what her story is. This is what her FOREVER Mom has to say about this beauty! Meet Violet. She is a beautiful little 6 month old ball of happiness. She has 4 ears, a small domed head, cataracts to her outer eyes, a deformed rib cage, loose hips, a small lower jaw and an irregular heartbeat. She will be getting a complete work up to see exactly what other abnormalities she has internally. She is a very special girl and we feel very lucky to have her in our pack!
