HQTS is pleased to announce the promotion of Dale Widner as Director, Global Sales & Marketing and Deputy General Manager of Helmsman Quality & Technology Services Ltd. In his new position, Mr. Widner joins the executive management team at the HQTS family of companies. He will report to Helmsman General Manager, Mr. Sam Li. He will also retain his marketing responsibilities for HQTS Group Ltd., reporting to the group’s Vice President, Ms. Julie Lai.
