Funny Lawyer story: Have known mine since Grade 3 when he used to push me into the mud.......anyway: forgave him and hes been my servant ever since!! Gave him the task to go make an offer on something of 33% of $$ wanted......and of course he told me I was nuts...they will NEVER accept....I said: Just tell them your client is broke!!.....they countered with something only $600 more than I was prepared to offer: He was thrilled he accomplished that.......so I said: well go back and counter with LESS now.....now that I know the real price is way lower.......(screaming swearing on other end of phone).....lol.........Calls and says: Ok They took it.......Good Work Lawyer!!.........He said: Always fascinating watching you wheel and deal but it would have helped if I took an acting class along with Law!! .......ah the Days of My Life!!......Luv ya Too Brother!! I keep it interesting no???
