Had a fun time playing ball with some young guys at their practice, helping them with their offensive and defensive plays. I cant believe that I am actually saying this, but I enjoyed running those dreaded suicide drills!! I pretty much hung with and or beat those young bucks out there! On a more serious note, I just want to wish a childhood friend, Damon, a speedy recovery from whatever injuries he suffered from his fall earlier on the basketball court. Mondo fell on the last set of drills and hit his head on the wall and had an excessive contusion on the back of his skull. We called the paramedics and he was getting checked out. Best wishes, bro!
