Had a great few days filled with people from my past. Saturday & Sunday spent with Nancy Incoll & Greg Incoll in a brilliant catch up / get to know you kind of weekend which included my Mum & my brother Colin McMurtrie) & to be honest was amazing & never to be repeated. That was followed on Monday by a visit from a good friend from London 2012 who came to stay overnight on an all too brief catch up visit. Far too much red wine than the recommended limit by doctors but more than balanced out by the feel good factor of having a really good time. Best 4 days I have had in a long time. Cheers to all my friends current & from the past because without you, times like this will never happen. See you all again soon, hopefully
