Had a great meal Last night! As a kid growing up in a big family, food took planning. Stopping into a great local establishment for dinner and glancing at the menu, I found, meatloaf on the menu. It had been some 30+ years, but the memories of sitting with my Mom, my sisters and meatloaf filled my mind. So, being in a nostalgic mood, I ordered the Black Angus Meat loaf from Braddocks Tavern. I must tell you the memories were priceless, but the taste and flavors of the recipe combined with the perfection the chief created made last night very high on the things I cherish as I move on in this world.
