Happy New Year! And thanks once again to all of our backers on Kickstarter for helping us reach our 3rd stretch goal for the vegan cheese kits. Also good news: Druids Grove has locked down production on the bulk ingredients and will be able to start offering them by the end of this month. Our next stretch goal is at $45,000. This one is actually for the animals, but hopefully you will all appreciate it. Were doing the legal paperwork to set up a charitable endeavor that will allow us to donate 1% of profits from all future Druids Grove product sales (including Kickstarter raised funds) to charities that support animal protection and welfare. This will be similar to the 1% for the Planet initiative, with which you may be familiar. We will also be developing a logo for the program to be placed on all of our packaging. We actually plan to develop several options and let our Kickstarter backers decide which one we should use. The selection process will be part of the survey that all backers will receive at the end of the campaign. We also welcome your suggestions for organizations that we might support.
