Happy New Years Eve Poshinistas! This posting comes with non positive info but this issue must be addressed. THEFT is a crime and will no longer be tolerated at Posh. Today an item of high value that had already been purchased by a customer was stolen from behind our counter. To the person that stole this item please know that we do have you on camera and also have eye witnesses that saw you carry this item out of the front door. If you happen to follow us on Facebook I will give you one of two options. Option 1 return the item by the close of business Friday or Option 2 I will prosecute to the highest extent of the law and please know this is not the first time we have had to do this and the last person whom we pressed charges against was charged with a felony due to the value of the item, received 8 months in jail and was ordered and to pay Posh LLC $2800 in restitution. I will proceed with option 2 if the item is not returned and please know that I do know who you are and the detective already has all of the information needed to proceed with pressing charges which can be dropped if the item is returned. We are not a large corporation, my wife and I own this one store to support our family and theft like this affects my family including my 3 small boys tremendously and I will no longer tolerate this bullsh** (excuse my French). To any other thieves who may read this please know that what you are doing is WRONG and we work way to hard to have to deal with this. To all of our loyal customers I apologize for you having to read this and ask for your forgiveness as our Facebook page is positive, fun and friendly but I needed this to be brought to light.
