Happy first day of February...the month of love! :) For our first Feb. ab challenge day, weve got 10 crunches (pfffft..easy peasy), 10 reverse crunches, 10 bicycles, and a 20 second plank. Remember to keep your body line as straight as possible with the plank. For the more advanced challengers, do multiple reps. For inspiration, after last months challenges, I am now able to put my pants in the dryer, still wear em comfortably AND breathe. So there ya go! Lets get to it and check in here when you are done!
