Hello Juab County! Yes I have indeed added HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS to my ever growing and immense file on good ole Craig J. Sperry. The stories and emails that I have listened too and received are mind blowing and deserve the upmost attention which I will make sure happens. Serious corruption has taken place. Juab County, you have been cheated out of Real Estate in ways that are incomprehensible. This train I am on is moving full steam ahead and there are just not enough hours in the day to meet with everyone that wants to be heard. I am encouraging you, the public, to come forward. I need your stories of the bullying, strong arming, HARASSMENT, the cheating and any INSIDER TRADING. Here are some examples of what I have so far. 1. Being turned away at the courthouse steps at a Trustee Sale by Craig J. Sperry or one of his fine protégés, Michael or Paul. 2. Visiting the Recorders office to obtain information on a property that is headed to foreclosure or in default and being turned away by Craig or one of his fine Deputy Recorders or one of his children (what the hell are they sitting behind that counter for?) and being told they do not provide that information. REALLY? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That is exactly one of the many reasons the banks file that document is so the public can be made aware so they public can prepare for an upcoming sale and therefore have as many bidders as possible at the steps. 3. Requesting a plat map at the Recorders office and getting the third degree on where what why and how. People this is NOT any of his business. The Recorder is there to record, file and index documents. He does not need to know specifics. 4. Requesting information from the Recorders Office in regards to a piece of ground and finding out later that Craig J.Sperry, his fine wife, one of his fine protégés or one of his buddies is now the owner. PEOPLE THIS IS INSIDER TRADING! This is using his office for PERSONAL GAIN! I need to know if you have had this happen to you. THIS IS A CRIME. 5. If you have ever received a phone call from Mr. Sperry asking why you are not using Juab Title as your TItle Company. THIS IS HARASSMENT AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. 6. If you have every received a letter from Juab Title informing you that you have to use them to record or receive information from the Recorders Office. THIS IS HARASSMENT AND IS A VIOLATION OF STATE TITLE CODE. I need more of these letters. 5. If Craig J. Sperry has used your skymiles. The list I have is endless. Your experience with the Recorders Office matters and needs to be brought before the property authorities. Please come forward.
