Agreed via correspondence received by London’s Arsenal FC and Leighton Oriente FC on the 28th October 2013. Dear Sirs/Emirs, Please excuse me for my ignorant and abusive tones addressed to you in Qatar and UAE last week, that will not happen again and I fully apologise. The B Obama Administration (hereafter referred to as the USA) has a principle concern today whereby they wish to move on from past Acts of Terrorist violence. They intend to start on a path of civilised dialogue, the future success of which we must all pray. Currently the USA has issues with Qatar and the UAE among other countries which will be resolved via negotiation. To be clear; at the table dialogue which will provide answers and also leave behind archaic energies of Military Intervention and retribution as relics of the past. Legal Judicial processes will be launched in order to resolve all outstanding issues of the Twin Towers 9/11 attack. Moving on, we note that it is not simply technology alone which has raced forward at breath taking speed. Rather or also, human intelligence and understanding inside a Global Network has been seen to side line Head to Head International confrontation in favour of negotiation. The USA refers to a new approach which hinges on non-Military intervention as a lesson learnt from past mistakes. We understand that the USA was “Fitted-Up” via the Towers attack and among other things this resulted in a prolonged Iraqi War the experience of which has provided USA’s intelligence community with new strategies in the face of the general futility of All Out War which was previously regarded as a bullet proof option. In essence the cost of War is expensive in human and material terms aside from proving highly uncivilised, outdated if you like. Today’s universal window provided by the International Media when covering violence and especially Terrorist attacks does not win friends at any level of society and quite rightly so. Violence also hinders human progress. The Twin Towers atrocity was no exception in this regard. As a result the USA currently holds much Global equity and empathy as the World at large is gradually beginning to become aware that 9/11 was a complete “Set-Up” of some considerable and obscene extreme. Possibly for the first time ever an American Government and its entire Population have arrived under an International spotlight as pure and innocent victims, no doubt, and no longer will their previously vaunted tag of Imperialist Aggressors hold up. Finally should Qatar and the UAE still feel the need to embark on a new exercise of “Blood Letting” please do so in the full knowledge that USA and China today have superior (to all), mechanisms in place and that if needs be, both will prove unimaginably effective and efficient. Most importantly I mention this not as a statement of intent or to mask sub-agenda of intimidation away from negotiation. No. The USA clearly believes and hopes that by tabled dialogue alongside mutual intelligent exchange that they will reach a point where by they can openly bring all Twin Towers perpetrators to fully reasoned and civilised Legal Justice.
