Hello everybody, I ordered a hexcopter with several spare parts for my other copters. It arrived last Saturday via UPS. It was inspected by customs and I was required to contact AiTi for approval. This morning I dropped by AiTi with the invoice and specs. Lo and behold, I was informed by the AiTi staff that all aeromodel related items are currently not allowed for import pending decision by a committee comprising of several government agencies. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I guess I have to spend much more to buy such items in Brunei. I called a certain shop and asked if they have a quadcopter in stock and asked if they have more items coming in and they said yes. So much for the authorities freezing the import of aeromodel related items. Main kikik tah ku balik ni... :(
