Hello everyone, My name’s Vicente Gil and I live at number 106, Erlanger Road. I’m a professional filmmaker from Spain and have been working in London for over a year. Last year was my first experience of Halloween and I was so impressed with all the decorations and costumes, etc, that I decided to make a film about it this year. I know I can capture some great images and the exciting mood of Halloween. I’d really like the film to follow a group of kids in halloween costumes, disguised, walking and looking for pumpkins at the doors of the local Victorian houses. I understand the sensitive nature of filming kids so I’m looking for families around the Telegraph Hill area that wouldn’t mind being involved in this - I won’t be filming anything without permission. I will have a small crew (1-2 assistants, a steady cam, and me). I’m used to working with kids, I made this film previously https://vimeo/65181545 where you can see that I take quite an invisible position so I don’t disrupt what’s going on. Our filming won’t spoil the party. It’s just an idea, but if youre interested please contact me to discuss further. This film will also be a nice memento for you and your kids.
