Helpdesk Analyst – Japanese Speaker Job Description •Deal directly with client or client’s employee interactions regarding payroll or Employee Self Service system (ESS) related issues by email or phone •Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints •Recognize client’s employees problems and resolve it to employees’ satisfaction directly or by escalating to the proper channel. •Feedback / escalate any urgent / critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis. •Communicate and coordinate between client and internal departments •To act as mentor for personnel Requirements •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree in any field •Previous experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry is an added advantage •Strong knowledge Customer Service (Call Center) •Client management experience. •Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual. •Excellent organization & time management skills. •Proficiency in English and Japanese (both written & spoken) •Local Malaysian are welcome to apply and Native Japanese who is in Malaysia encourage to apply. •Fresh graduate are encourage to APPLY!!!
