Helpful handstand tips from one of my favorite teachers, Christina Sell. Shoulders over wrists, hips up. I really like the clarity of the hip adjustment that you can actually see in this video. In my experience as a student and a teacher, getting the hips back and then anchored is the key to at steady handstand. But really, the only way to figure out this pose is in your own body on your own mat. We will continue to practice handstand every week in Ashtanga Power class, join us at 5:45pm on Thursdays at Oranj!!!
