Here I set, enjoying my Sunday morning brunch. Hey WildWayne, Whats For Brunch? Well, glad you asked. This mornings brunch actually started night before last. Grilled to perfection on my Kroger grill. By perfection I mean about 6 minutes on each side for the 3/4 inch thick Kroger Bad To The Bone steaks. 4 eggs, 2 large dallops of Kroger spicy Hatch Green Chile Guacamole, about a cup of afore mentioned steak. In a cast iron skillet, add a little olive oil, and a couple of dallops of butter. Heat the afore mentioned steak. Beat the heck out of the eggs with the guacamole, pour into skillet and cook to you desired style. Add about 3 or 4 hand fulls of grated cheese, your choice of type, as long as it is a Kroger product. Scoey Cash, take notes. Meanwhile back at the ranch, oops, I mean kitchen. Butter 2 slices of wide pan 100% whole wheat bread. You know what brand to use by now. Remove eggs from skillet and toast your toast to your favorite shade. Mike Marshall, this is one good brunch. So listen up. Toast on plate, afore cooked eggs and steak on top of toast. Then MORE guacamole and cheese on top. Life is good in Uptown Dallas where The world Famous Mockingbird Kroger 518 is KING.
