I am not eligible for Medicare until age 65. I looked into getting an Obamacare health insurance plan and I did find that at my age and income I could get the bronze plan and be in compliance with Barack Obama’s law for $0 per month. The real monthly cost of the plan was more than $700 per month, but with the subsidy it would cost me nothing in monthly premium. The out-of-pocket expense of $5,000 and the copay of 40 percent is very expensive. In fact, this plan is like not having insurance at all. But that is not my reason for not enrolling. By signing up for this plan, which covers all kinds of things that I don’t want or need, it will cause my children and other hard-working and struggling Americans to pay that $700-plus premium for my health insurance. I refuse to cooperate in any way with Obama’s massive wealth redistribution plan. Obamacare is ruining the best health care system in the world as well as destroying jobs and small businesses, and it takes away any freedom of choice relative to our health care.
