Have a great couple of weeks!!! • October 8-10: Club Managers Return Hunter Spectacular Money to CEO • October 9-20: Tractor Supply Fundraiser, Temple and Killeen • October 12: Hunter Spectacular Decorations/Ambassador Meeting, 9am, EXPO • October 12: All Hunter Spectacular Desserts due to EXPO by 12pm, EXPO • October 12: Hunter Spectacular, 6pm, EXPO • October 14: Holiday, Office Closed • October 15: Texas State Preservation Board Agricultural Photography Contest Deadline, 12:00 am • October 15: Consumer Project Meeting, 6pm, CEO • October 15: Lamb, Goat, Breeding Lamb & Goat Validation, Bell County Expo, 5:00pm-8:00pm Hunter’s Spectacular! This is the final week!!!! Please sell sell sell those tickets and help promote our big fundraiser! Remember, most of you do benefit from these funds in some way so we need your to sell a lot of tickets and help promote the event!!! Have a great day! We need your help! Each year, the Bell County 4-H hosts fundraisers to help with the costs of supporting our youth. Our event is called the Hunter’s Spectacular and will be held October 12, 2013 at the Bell County Expo Center. We will have lots of fun things for the whole family at the event including a meal, silent auction, live auction, vendors, and even have games. We will also have a drawing for 20 guns, binoculars, hunting equipment, t-shirts for sale and lots of other fun prizes. For the young people, we have games and activities and even a cake walk. A live auction of outdoor items will take place that evening as well as a silent auction with the hunter in mind. We need our 4-H members to sell tickets to the event. Your club manager will be asking each of you to participate and we want you to know that we utilize the funds raised for the total Bell County 4-H program….which includes you! We are able to help offset the costs of many events, camps, livestock supplies, workshops, contests, and leadership activities through these funds. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to call the Extension Office and visit with Micah about the event.
