Heres a question for parents - what minimum age is appropriate for children to be left in charge of their siblings? repost from Tina: What are people thoughts and experiences on Sibling babysitters? The law states very little on this... ie there is no age limit when a sibling can start babysitting her younger brothers or sisters...the law just states that if they under 16 the parent is still liable in the eyes of the law. do parents leave 13 or 14 year olds in charge of their siblings.. etc have they seen any issues etc and what are people views on the whole situation... really undecided about it all so wanted to guage views
