Heres how my brain works - Today at lunch, Freebirds was playing a lot of Bob Dylan. It really made for a great dining experience. And for most of the time, I was thinking about our friend Jack Heller, who is probably the biggest Bob Dylan aficionado out there...and how he was just promoted to Associate Professor at Huntington University...and how I missed HUs people...and how they have a lot of snow and cold and ice...and how our house had a really cool swing set/fort in the back and how at one point we were going to have a zip line and how I tried and failed at making an ice rink in our back yard...and how David M. Woodruff and I tore the fort/swing out when we moved (symbolic of us leaving HUs theatre program)...which lead to thinking of the places weve been since leaving HU and the people weve encountered and the friends (and not-friends) weve made in those 7 years...and the friends we made before Indiana, and how Ohio has a lot of snow this year, and how Virginia Beach has a lot of snow right now, and how Atlanta has a lot of ice right now, and how North Carolina is cold right now... But then I went back to gazing at Ella, eating my nachos and thinking about the 80+ degree weather well have this weekend...
