Hey Salty Church Members, I hope that everyone is having a great week. Its personally been a tough one for me, and I thought it would be only appropriate to fill you in. To make a long story short, I have felt God asking me to give up surfing for the foreseeable future. And yes, this includes SUP action too. It turns out that my body is suffering from a condition called Sodium Hydro Dysplasia which is simply chronic salt retention. Essentially (and somewhat ironically) I am too Salty at the moment... and ocean water is the last thing I need until my electrolyte balance is restored. The doctor tells me it could be years.
