Hey all - I finally got my diagnosis and details back from the doctors office tonight. There is so much information to explain - so I thought it would be easier if you just wanted to read this small article on it. Basically - like 90% of Americans - Im overweight and have a fatty liver - Diet and Exercise - which Im not really looking forward to - Is the only way to reverse it - The most awesome part of the news is that they found no damage that leads to cirrhosis! So praising God for that one! But Im glad we found it now - cause according to Doc, letting it go could be more irreversible damage!
