Hey everyone! Today I wanted to write a post about how to stay healthy and maintain a normal weight. I think this topic is really important because many people struggle to make a healthy lifestyle. I think its important to remember that exercise (OF ANY KIND) is really important. You need to move your body it doesnt matter if its ice skating or being an olympic weight lifter. You might not want to join a gym or you might have a morning ritual of a big walk with a friend thats great! There is no one size fits all box of exercise for everyone. The trick is finding something you like to do. The second point is eating healthy. The biggest struggle is cutting out crap but with all the nutrition info out these days its hard to know what is good eating. So focus on eating food which is as close to unprocessed as possible, i.e. fruits and veggies, lean meats or meat alternatives without a huge ingredients list, whole grains and real dairy. I wouldnt worry about a fad diet I wouldnt worry about eating carbs I would be more concerned with what is actually in the food and if you are stuffed after eating it. Eat good unprocessed fresh food and get moving... its as simple as that.
