Hey friends heres a pic of our house. We are totally off grid in central eastern Oklahoma. Solar, rain catchment ect. We are currently looking at redoing or upgrading our solar set up. Id like to hear what everyone is running. 12v? 24v? Wind? Solar? Battery bank size? I asked this question on another off grid group and just got responces of learn to live without electricity cause batteries wear out and solar panels can be broken well if we all go by that thought we shouldnt be even wearing clothes or own a hammer cause one day you will have to replace it. It was pretty disheartening to be called a slave to the system cause I want to purchase items to provide my own power instead of living in a shack and foraging for my own food. So what do ya say!
