Hey there liberty minded friends! Care to weigh in on the topic of legislation around cell phones while driving, or distracted driving in general? Not exactly sure where I stand on this, maybe some discourse will get me moving in the right direction. I cant get around 1. This is a victimless crime, and an excuse for cops to pull you over on a whim. 2. It is as bad and reckless as drunk driving, and should be punishable. Thoughts?
