Hi 96 fm, heres a message I left on eircoms facebook page, great customer service and a video!Hi eircom, thanks for keeping me on hold for 45 minutes today, ye were great. Loved the music and the fact that I kept being transferred to the wrong departments. Ive recorded the whole thing and am thinking of turning it into a forty five minute short called eircom; cant tell their backside from their elbow. The highlight for me was not having my issues resolved (Im contacting you on another Internet service as my own eircom one hasnt worked in a month, I also rang you from my mobile because the landline doesnt work either... Its okay though, were only trying to run a business) heres a clip from the film, the 44th minute before they disconnected me, thanks eircom
