Hi December group, please see the below for some important information: # 1 - You have all previously received an email from ASU/AECP about completing a MANDATORY English Pre-Test. The deadline for this pretest is tomorrow (Wednesday, November 19th) at 8AM Arizona time. Here is the test link: https://terascore/yqyfh/December You only need to complete the pre-test once. # 2 - On Monday, November 24th, at 2PM, Arizona time, we will have a pre-arrival webinar where Linda Hill and I will present information about your program, your arrival and other important information. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions during the webinar that we will answer during that session. The webinar will be recorded and the video shared with all participants so you can see it later in case you could not participate at the predetermined time. Instructions on how to log-in and access the webinar will be sent via email and posted here on Facebook closer to the date of the webinar. # 3 - Payment issues. ASU STRONGLY DISCOURAGES participants from bringing large amount of cash from Mexico or withdrawing money in the USA to pay program fees. While you will have the opportunity to pay your program fees with the debit card provided by the Proyecta 100K Program when you arrive in the United States, you will also have two additional options: - Wire Transfer - Instructions will be provided how to pay by wire transfer once you arrive at ASU. - Money Order or Cashier Check – ASU Billing Services accepts international Money Order or Cashier Checks made by foreign banks as long as they are paid in American Dollars. You can bring either Money Order or Cashier Check from Mexico to the United States to pay your program fee.
