Hi Everyone as of today the 1st of October 2013 The House Of Fashion & Costumes has new trading terms and conditions. I have had to put these in place due to insurance and safety reasons for my family. * I will no longer be able to offer pickups or deliveries. All orders will be now sent out via Australia Post. All prices on my page will not include postage costs, this will be an extra charge. Depending on the item/s I will be using the prepaid satchels. * I will ensure all messages and notifications will be responded to within 12 hours. * All invoices need to be paid within 48 hours of being issued and can be paid via paypal or bank deposit. * I am only carrying limited stock from now on, so most of my products are pre - order and will come directly from my wholesalers. As most of my wholesalers are on the east coast of Australia please allow 5-7 business days for me to receive your order once your payment has been cleared. Once I have received your order I will always let you know before I send it out to you. * If you would like to layby an item/s there is a 50% deposit and then regular payments until it has been paid off. * If you would like me to hold an in stock item, I am happy to do so but for no more than 48 hours. I hope you all understand that I have had to put these new conditions in place for the running of my business.
