Hi, Im Helen from Mountmellick, my husband is from Portlaoise, we are training to run a Half Marathon first and then a full Marathon in October in aid of Irish Autism Action. I am getting amazing support from a trainer in Portlaoise, Darren Rambo Fogarty at BigShots SportsNutritionBl who has kindly donated his time to train me , and get me superfit, from a 20+a day unfit smoker to Marathon runner in only a few months! All money we raise will go towards Irish Autism Action, in recognition of our 5year Sinead, currently awaiting assessment and diagnosis.
