Hi No Filter Moms!! Cornelius Walker with Workout Anytime Cascade and @gridironfitnessllc brought us another exercise we can incorporate into our workouts! This exercise is good for working your lower abdominal area....the area many of us would like to disappear post baby!! 4 sets of 20 on each leg should be a good start! This would be a good addition to at least 20-30 minutes of cardio a day. A tip from Cornelius: If possible complete your workout early in the am. It helps speed up fat loss because of exercising on an empty stomach. Early in the morning your glycogen level is low, which is the bodys source of energy.
