Hi all, Another training session is fast approaching and as always I’m looking forward to seeing the smiling faces when you make that pass you couldn’t make last week, or that cut shot that has been so hard for you to place. So what are you waiting for? Invite your friends and come join us at the Fleischmann Park sand courts Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly from 5:30 – 7:30pm through the remainder of August. You can preregister by calling Kelly Lee @ 239.213.3020 or just make your way out to the sand and sign up when you get there. By the way, Benoit Beach Volleyball will be moving to the fall schedule starting September 1st and running through the end of the year. This training series will be slightly different from our summer beach sessions in that there will be specific emphasis on improving passing, serving, and hitting control for both beach and indoor players. We will also be implementing volleyball specific strength and explosion training as a new addition to our clinics which will enable athletes to be prepared to excel in the upcoming indoor club season and beyond. It’s time to get explosive and laser sharp accuracy as our focus moves to strength development and ball control in preparing our athletes for club!!!
