Hi everyone I just wanted give an update on little Lucky. I saw the vet this afternoon and unfortunately there is nothing they can do to save Luckys paw 😢the damage to the radial nerve is too severe and the whole leg is effected, so will be amputated at the shoulder. The vet feels that because she is not in any pain it is best to wait until she is a bit older to do the surgery aprox 14-16 weeks old and they will do her spay at the same time so she doesnt have to go thru 2 major surgeries. I know this isnt the outcome we were all hoping for but she is still going to have a wonderful life. Which brings me to the great news!! Lucky is on her way home as we speak 😍 Roberta Yaremko and Calvin Unger are Luckys proud new pawrents!!!!! They are going to foster Lucky thru her surgery and once she is ready for adoption they are going to adopt her. I couldnt be happier for this sweet little kitten. Roberta, Calvin and their daughter were in love with the pictures of Lucky in our original post and the moment the met her they new for sure that she was meant for them. As you can see by the pics she is a very loved little girl, Calvin looked like a kid on Xmas morning with Lucky in his arms, it was amazing ❤️❤️❤️
