Hispanic Leadership Association made history on Sept. 20th. Senate President Eduardo Bhatia speaks about the Hispanic Leadership Summit of New Jerseys memorandum of understanding between the Senate Presidents of both New Jersey and Puerto Rico. This MOU recognizes the importance of cultural exchange and begins the process of exchanging two students from Puerto Rico and two students from Rowan University.
