Hola Family. Look what I got in the mail today :-). Who knew 157 days ago that my life would be changed 10 days at a time by a book. On top of my PCOS I also had an infection that had me super sick and my waist up to 43. After my first round I lost 17 pounds and 6.5 inches from my waist alone. 3 rounds and 35 pounds later I feel better than I have in 20 years. Unfortunately I am still suffering from my infection and running tests, so when you dont see my smiling face its because I am having one of my days. I am grateful and thankful for my journey and all the trials and tribulations on it. I am only sharing because I believe in keeping it real and maybe my story will help someone else. You never know what someone is going through. When I say this page is my healing place, I really mean it. The kind words I have received especially from Melodee C. Freeman Troy and Marki Mayle have surpassed any counseling session I could have paid for. Thank you thank you thank you Ms. JJ Smith.
