Hostel Application commences this morning... Usually, its always as from 10 or 11am.. While payment starts tomorrow.. **i can imagine the rush*** Please, we know how the tension is like during this period, but lets take things easy... HOW TO APPLY 1. After the payment of school fees, click on the accommodation tab to apply for hostel. 2. Select the desired hostel from the list. 3. If the desired hostel is not available, please select the next available hostel of your choice and complete any other info you are asked to fill. 4. Click on submit to complete the application process. 5. Print out a copy of the hostel application form and proceed to the designated bank assigned to your Faculty to purchase the eTranzact payment voucher (PIN) just like you did your school fees. 6. Visit the cPortal at myaau and follow the instructions as outlined to make online payment for the selected hostel. 7. Take the printed copies of both the school fees and hostel accommodation fee from the cPortal to the University Bursary for conversion to University receipt. 8. Take the University receipt (both school fees receipt and hostel accommodation fee receipt ) and the printed copy of the hostel accommodation slip to the Students Affairs Division for allocation of room and bed space. Dear new students, this would be your first time, so I would advice you; Dont apply for igbinedion hostel (Mostly likely, you wont get it)... So, to make it easier for you, apply for other hostels.. 2ndly, do your things on time, The rush is gonna be terrible, but if you wake up on time, you ll be done sooner than you expect.. Remember you are still new (JJC) in town, this is not the time to start abusing anybody you see especially during the rush... LASTLY, to ALL AAUites Please, control the bus/taxi drivers taking you to and fro(Ekpoma) from where ever you are coming from.. Please, control the bike riders here too(very important)....
