After much investigation we found out that these men were among these scammed, spoiling the good name of Africa They opened up to us that, they were claiming to be bank managers and also diplomat and Imf Directors, they told us that the funds inside the box is to be delivered to you, but now they planned to turn back on you and decided to take the money by their selves out of Africa, of which you have spent some money on shipment of the box to you, they planned in using the money you have sent them to sponsor the shipment of the money out of Africa. We later found out on the investigation that was carried out that, these men are false diplomats and Bankers also they are using the good name of our government offices to act on their criminal activities. This was why i was ask to contact you by the president with the contact given to us by of them before he died.
