How come I have to pay Experian £15 (I already had a free trial a year ago and I so HAD to pay today to renew my membership) so that I can check my credit history, discover that YOU DONT HELD CORRECT RECORDS on me (last address hasnt been updated even thought I have updated it with my bank and have been living there for 1 year!, not showed as registered on the electoral role at my last address even thought I received confirmation that I was), and write to you so that you correct all that information ? Should you not hold accurate information without me having to check that you do and pay for it on top of that ? It just doesnt make any sense to me and it just seems that I dont have any other option because banks are relying entirely on the date you provide. Am I suppose to go and register (+pay) with all credit agencies that do exist to make sure the data they have on me is correct in the eventuality that a bank or a lender might consult it? I FEEL LIKE A FORCED CUSTOMER PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM PROVIDING FOR MYSELF AND AM TERRIBLY FRUSTRATED AND UNHAPPY ABOUT THAT.
