How many of you watched the AIT News at 8 tonight? Theres a segment on the news where they ran the story of PVC distribution and how a majority has been disenfranchised owing to INECs ineptitude and insecurity in the north east. The way out? A call for the postponement of the elections because afterall February 14th is not sacrosanct. The message was veiled in patriotism. But please, dont fall for it. It smelt paid for; it felt paid for; it sounded paid for. PDP didnt believe APC would come this far. They never imagined GMBs chances would be bright. Someone thought a second term was a given and that he would handpick his successor so that their shit never hits the fan. Someone now sees that APC is in this to win it. Some people are afraid of GMBs reputation for putting thieves where they belong. Thieves around Nigeria are scared and are running a subtle advocacy for a postponement of the elections. We say NO!!! Very vehemently. INEC had years to distribute PVCs. INEC didnt. Let the 40% who have their cards speak on behalf of the majority. If INEC could only distribute 40% of PVCs 4 years after one election, how much time do we give INEC to distribute the remaining 60%? How about millions of names that have been wiped off INECs database? Elections must hold on FeBuhari 14th. We are tired of this government. JONATHAN MUST GO!!!!
