Howdy yall. Heres an update on our situation with my Dad. If you have not heard, my Dad has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and only has 2-4 months to live. My whole life, I have been facing tough situations and this is by far the hardest, but the most rewarding. This has shown me how much I have to trust in Gods planning and love. The complete trust in Him Ive had to acquire felt almost impossible, yet seamless. I couldnt get through this without Gods Guidance and love for me. The fact that I know that God is Perfect. God is Good. God is All-knowing. God is beautiful, has kept me going. Everyday I face a new struggle with my Dad whether its memory loss, sensitivity, inability to walk, constant hunger, confusion, and deep sadness. This is such a hard and draining situation. Which is why I am asking you all for help. If you could please pray for: -Healing. This may seem far fetched, but I still dont doubt Gods power. -Comfort. That my Daddy wouldnt be in pain or suffering during this process. He is the best man I know and deserves nothing but the best. -Understanding. People who have this cancer are known to become agitated and confused as they keep going. This is already very evident in my Daddy and he gets sad because he gets very confused. -Happiness. Even though this is a sad situation, God has the power to give joy. -Love. That he would continue to feel love from all of us and would not for one second doubt how much we love him and most importantly how much God loves him and cares for His son. -Anything. Anything you can think to pray for would be helpful too. You all have been so sweet during this process. If you believe in Prayer, please do so! And if you dont, good vibes are always accepted. Just know that without God, I could never get through this, and I especially wouldnt be able to when he finally passes. Remember that God is so good. He is a wonderful God who gives me comfort that I will see my Daddy in Paradise one day and he wont be in any pain.
