One thing we work on is making sure I push through the heels, barbell hits the floor every time and when I come up I will slightly push back to engage the #glutes. Best way for me to get them to fire. Play around with placing your feet differently too. A slight turn or shift forward or back with the feet can change where you feel it hit.
