Hows this for a bruise? I bloody fell through my Uncles Deck on New Years Eve. Apparently it is a bit rotting. ( The Deck ) My leg isnt broken but its so bloody sore. I have bought a cream to help the bruise go down quickly. Its just so sore from my hip down to my thigh area. Ive got pain killers for it luckily. Im going to physio 2morrow morning, hopefully they dont see it. I will wear long pants that I usually wear so that might help 😉 😊
