This is a maternity replacement. Duties Responsible for all aspects relating to processing and managing the permanent and fixed term staff payroll function Responsible for managing the permanent staff bursary application process PA functions to the Principal. Support to the Principal and campus Senior Management team for student discipline requirements including updating the student disciplinary tracker. Minute taking for campus meetings (OHS, student and lecturer forums, disciplinary hearings, staff meetings etc.). Responsible for ensuring the proper campus orientation /induction takes place for all new staff. Training and Development Responsible for managing/overseeing and driving the HESIO and staff wellness function on campus. Minimum requirements HR Degree or 3yr Diploma 5-7 years’ experience working in an HR role / environment preferred.
