Hypoglycemia: the fastest way to stress your adrenals. Make sure you are balancing your blood sugar levels throughout the day by eating lean protein, vegetables and good fats 3- 4 times per day. If you have bad bouts of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) then opt for mini meals every three hours (7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm). If you are on the way to healing go for every four hours (7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm) and if you are super oober fit and healthy with a healed metabolsim then 3 meals is good for you.
