I DONT WATCH FILMS FOR FREE - JUDGE ON #KATHTHI & PULIPAARAVAI BAN CASE : The recent trend in Tamil Nadu is to file a case against popular films and seeking a ban for those films. Recently a petition has been filed against both Kaththi and Pulipaaravi in Madurai High Court, the petitioner has said that Kaththi is being produced by Subashkaran of Lyca and he is a close relative to Rajapakashe. The petitioner also said Kaththi film is having dialogues against Sri Lankan Tamils and the film is having scenes which will showcase Sri Lankan Tamil women in bad-light. On Puliparvai, the petitioner said that the film is having scenes showing that Prabhakaran has used children for his army and also they showed Prabhakarans son Balachandran was killed by Chinese army. Hearing the petitioners plea, the judge Kirubakaran said If censor board cleared films, first the petitioner should request to the them later, if proper steps are not taken then he could file a petition in the court. The petitioner requested the Judge to watch the film before release, for that the Judge replied I dont watch films for free and postponed the verdict.
